Advance Medical Practice Westmead provides everyday general practice alongside a range of on-site tests and assessments, so most of your care can happen in one visit.

Full skin examinations, spot checks and minor procedures.
Australia has among the highest rates of skin cancer in the world. Regular checks find changes early, when they are most treatable.
Flu, travel and routine childhood immunisations.
Seasonal influenza vaccination, travel vaccines and advice for upcoming trips, and National Immunisation Program schedule vaccines for children and adults.
Imaging at the practice every Tuesday, 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
Ultrasound is performed on site so you do not need a separate trip to an imaging centre. Ask reception about referral and booking.
Workplace injury management and pre-employment assessments.
Certificates of capacity, injury reviews and liaison with employers and insurers, alongside pre-employment and periodic health assessments.
Diabetes management led by our nurse practitioner.
Structured reviews, medication management, education and care planning for people living with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Hearing assessments provided on site by Hearing Australia.
Hearing Australia attends the practice to provide hearing checks. Contact reception for the current visiting schedule.
Diagnostic heart testing provided on site by CardioFirst.
CardioFirst brings diagnostic cardiac equipment to the practice, so common heart investigations can be arranged without a separate referral appointment elsewhere.
Available to regular patients, including outside normal hours.
Home visits can be arranged for regular patients of the practice where clinically appropriate. Please call reception to discuss.
